As, we’re not required to bill through insurance, your work with The Holland Practice doesn’t have to be tied to a diagnosis, a limited “treatment plan,” or a rigid number of sessions. Instead, we can focus on what you actually need: prevention, deep healing, high-functioning support, or performance and leadership work—whether or not it fits neatly into a diagnostic box.
